The pictures are vibrant and the Lolita style is pretty cool. A lot of the models are very cute. The information in the book is interesting as well.

I bought this for my daughter, who loves it and reads it like a bible; over and over and over! It was in great shape. She loves it and we are waiting for the other one that we ordered.
Utterly Inferior to the Original,

Lots of fluff and bad editing! Not only that, but the content adapted from Japanese editions is more than a year out of date compared to the publication of this edition. The only patterns are for accessories most Lolitas already know how to make. The content of four Japanese editions says the blurb? There's less than half of the content of any Japanese edition and most of it is useless and uninteresting. Save your money for imports.
English? Great!,

I have kept up over the years with the Japanese versions of the Gothic and Lolita Bibles, and I must say it is nice to finally have it in English. Sure, there content is a bit behind the current Japanese magazines. But, at least it's nice to know what the magazine says now, previously I just oogled the pretty pictures!
Not terrible, not great...,

I think this is fine for beginner lolitas, but if you have any amount experience at all, you'll see that it's just recycled bits from the original GLBs, with some very very beginner information added in. And no outfit pattern! I was so disappointed. Unless something changes, I'll just keep ordering the japanese issues.
